LitVM Testnet

LitVM is Litecoin's first trustless EVM rollup. Think of it as adding an Ethereum brain to a Litecoin body: the security and liquidity of one of crypto's most battle-tested chains, combined with the full smart contract ecosystem you already know from EVM networks like Arbitrum and Base.

The stack: Arbitrum Orbit (execution layer), BitcoinOS Grail bridge (trustless LTC transfers), Espresso (decentralized sequencing), and Caldera (rollup infrastructure). Two tokens power the ecosystem, zkLTC handles gas (1:1 backed by real LTC locked on mainchain), while $LITVM governs the protocol and distributes sequencer revenue to holders.

1. Go to testnet.litvm.com and connect your EVM wallet. Add the LiteForge network, Rabby picks it up automatically; MetaMask users can add it manually from the portal.

2. Claim free testnet zkLTC from the LiteForge faucet on Caldera Hub. These tokens cover gas for every interaction on the testnet, no real funds needed.

3. Browse the Ecosystem section on the testnet portal and start interacting with deployed apps: swaps, liquidity, NFT mints, or any live protocol. Every interaction builds your on-chain footprint.

4. Follow @LitecoinVM on X and join the Telegram to catch new campaign waves and point-boosting tasks as they drop.

5. Developers: apply to the Builders Program for incentivized early access and direct support from the LitVM team.

• If you already hold LTC and want direct exposure to its DeFi expansion, LTC holders are explicitly prioritized in the $LITVM community allocation.

• When you want a public testnet with zero financial risk: no real funds needed, just an EVM wallet and testnet zkLTC from the faucet.

• As a medium-effort opportunity: more involvement than a social quest, but no coding required for regular users.
