Keplr Wallet

Keplr Wallet is a non-custodial wallet designed specifically for the Cosmos ecosystem. It allows users to interact with Cosmos SDK-based blockchains and manage IBC-enabled assets.

It is the primary wallet used for ATOM staking and Cosmos ecosystem airdrops.

It is available as:

• A browser extension

• A mobile app

Keplr allows you to:

• Store ATOM and other Cosmos assets

• Stake directly from the wallet

• Participate in governance voting

• Interact with Cosmos dApps

• Transfer assets via IBC between chains

Your private keys remain fully under your control.

Keplr generates a wallet using a 12 or 24-word seed phrase.

Basic workflow:

1. Install the extension or app

2. Create or import a wallet

3. Secure your recovery phrase

4. Stake ATOM directly inside the wallet

5. Connect to Cosmos dApps

6. Transfer tokens across IBC chains

When connecting to a dApp:

• Keplr asks for permission

• Shows transaction details

• You approve or reject

All operations are recorded on-chain within the Cosmos ecosystem.

Use Keplr Wallet when you:
